Siemans PLC with Turnkey Panel responsibility. Designed, built, and tested this entrained reactor process panel which replaced outdated mainframe computer system. Project design and building was completed in the required one month time frame without a single start-up flaw making this fast track project a huge success.

Provided overall graphic development and implementation for boiler unit. Designed graphics with plant operators and engineers by producing AutoCAD drawings of graphics for editing and approval. Produced graphic specifications, constructed graphic symbols, and laid out M/A and Start/Stop Control Stations. Built over 200 graphics on WEStation per AutoCAD drawings and CLI generated graphic specifications.

On site support of WEStation graphic and logic development for two boiler units. During start-up, developed approximately 200 graphics from hand sketches and linked these graphics using SAMA logic drawings. Worked with Union Electric operators and engineers to edit and link many of the preexisting graphics. Edited SAMA Logic and implemented Ladder Logic for Burner Management Control from written descriptions. Developed SAMA Logic and implemented Ladder Logic for workmans protection control.
